Core i9-10980HK, RTX 3080 and WiFi 6E in the new MSI GE76 Raider and GE66 Raider laptops
The new NVIDIA RTX 30 graphics for laptops, unveiled at CES 2021, will bring MSI’s new line of high-performance gaming laptops to life. Two of the most powerful models will be MSI GE76 Raider and the GE66 Raider and they will be accompanied by the 10th generation Intel Core processors Core i9-10980HK.
The MSI GE76 Raider will have a special edition MSI GE76 Dragon Tiamat Edition finished in relief with a dragon on the lid. In the case of GE66 Raider, the screen is more compact, with 15.6 inches and also in three versions: 4K, 300 Hz FullHD and 240Hz FullHD. It also has more graphics options, from the RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 to a model with RTX 3060.
The Core i9-10980HK will be accompanied by 2 3200 MHz DDR4 memory slots with a maximum of 64 GB and 2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 SSDs in M.2 format. Above them we will find a SteelSeries keyboard with key-to-key RGB lighting.
WiFi 6E and 2.5 GbE connectivity
In terms of connectivity, both models share next-generation 6E AX210 WiFi connectivity and also a Killer E3100 2.5Gbps Ethernet card. There is also no lack of USB 3.2 Gen 2 (USB 3.1) Type-C and Type-A connectivity and HDMI and displayport video outputs.
Its size is 397 x 284 x 26 mm for the GE76 Raider and 358 x 267 x 23.4 mm for the GE66 Raider. 2.9 KG and 2.38 KG are their respective weights.
